We offer themed trips, see below, contact us with your group requests.
Nature and Wildlife
We offer trips that visit areas good for migratory and nesting birds. You are likely to see many seabirds on any of our trips, however if you are interested in birds look for our 'Life on a Ledge' and 'Monuments and Migrants' trips.
We also have kayak trips that explore rocky shorelines.
Some of the 'Seashore Safari' trips are suitable for beginners but would also suit anyone interested in learning more about shoreline ecology.
History and Legends
If you are interested in exploring historic places we have plenty of kayak trips that will suit you. Early summer 'Migrants and Monuments' trips will include some wildlife and historic interest .. and not all the migrants will be birds!
Late summer 'Landmarks and Legends' will explore places of historical interest and the people associated with them. We also have some advanced trips that explore a series of sites over a number of days. e.g Coastal Castles
Landforms and Seascapes
If it's dramatic coastlines and beautiful views you are after then take your pick as many of our trips take in stunning seascapes. If you are a competent kayaker interested in seeing the geology of cliffs from below then look out for 'Contorted Cliffs' trips listed under Intermediate trips.
It may also be worth you considering the 'Life on a Ledge' trips as these will visit some dramatic seabird nesting cliffs.
Please note every effort will be made to fulfil the course descriptions. The leader has the discretion to amend the itinerary due to weather conditions on the day. These decisions will be made in the best interests of all participants and will be final.
