Booking Terms and Conditions
Full payment online must be made to secure your booking. This can be done online through our Paypal account. Full payment by bank transfer can also be arranged, please email or call us for details. Once your booking is confirmed and payment received we guarantee there will be no price alterations or surcharges.

Cancelling your Booking or Changing your Dates
* If you cancel your booking up to 60 days before the date booked you will receive a 60% per person refund or, subject to availability, you can transfer to another date for a £25 per person amendment fee.
* If you cancel your booking up to 30 days before the date booked you will receive a 30% per person refund or, subject to availability, you can transfer to another date for a £50 per person amendment fee.
* We do not offer refunds to those who cancel within 30 days of departure, however we will try and rebook you on a later date for an amendment fee of £50.
Sea Môr Kayaking Cyf recommends that you have travel insurance in place to make a claim for compensation in the event of cancellation due to illness or other circumstances.

If for some unforeseen circumstance we need to cancel a course we will provide as much notice as possible. If we do cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered the chance to choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Cancellation due to weather
Trips and taster sessions have been designed that they can still be run unless there are extreme weather conditions. If we do cancel due to extreme weather you will be offered the chance to choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
In booking your course you accept that there is an element of risk in kayaking. Your safety and enjoyment is of prime importance to us. We will make decisions and provide guidance in advance of the day and during the day to ensure your safety. In booking you agree to follow the instructions and guidance provided in our information and by our staff. In addition you must act sensibly and prudently at all times with regard to your safety, the safety of others and use of equipment. You must advise us of any medical conditions or additional needs that may affect your ability to kayak. This does not automatically mean you will not be permitted to take part, it just helps us to tailor the experience to your needs and abilities.
Parents or legal guardians of children and young people aged under 18 undertake to take full responsibility for their children and supervise them at all times. To satisfy current legislation, children under 18 will not be allowed to undertake Sea Môr Kayaking trips without their parent or legal guardian accompanying them on the water.
In the unlikely event that you do have any problems concerning your trip you should contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation immediately. If we are unable to do this, complaints should be put in writing to us as soon as is reasonably practical and within 14 days of the end of the trip.
